I am a fully insured and licensed professional Engineer with an active NCEES account. I have an LLC engineering company formed in my home state of Kentucky and neighboring state of Indiana!
All other states, I act as a Sole Proprietorship.

Meet Jeffrey Tyler Lashbrook
I obtained my bachelor's in Civil engineering and Master's in structural engineering from the University of Louisville. I began my career in Louisville working for a structural consulting firm that provided services for general residential, commercial, industrial, and telecommunication industries. Shortly after obtaining my PE licensure in 2019, I was promoted to team lead in which I was able to hone the skills needed to excel in the fast-paced, demanding telecommunications industry.
Growing up working for the family owned sawmill business in Owensboro KY, I gained the work ethic and determination that was required for me to take the leap of faith to start my own engineering company. I currently reside with my Wife, newborn daughter, and friendly golden retriever in Crestwood, KY. I am very eager to prove my worth, knowledge, and "get it done" attitude to any future cleints!

These towers, which support antennas and other communication equipment, are subjected to wind, seismic forces, ice accumulation, and even lightning. - Types of Towers: The common types of telecommunication towers that I analyze include lattice towers, monopoles, and guyed towers. Specialty structures include water tanks, temp towers, rooftops, stealth, and smokestacks. Each type has distinct structural characteristics and load-bearing capacities.
- Loads Considered:
- Dead Load: The weight of the tower structure and attached equipment.
- Live Load: Variable loads such as workers, maintenance equipment, or temporary installations.
- Wind Load: The most significant dynamic load, calculated based on local wind speeds, tower height, and shape. It often dictates the design of tall towers.

- Survey: Involves collecting data on land and its features for construction and infrastructure projects. It includes measuring topography, property boundaries, and elevations to aid in design and planning. The survey ensures accuracy, safety, and compliance with regulations for projects like roads, buildings, and utilities.

Retaining Walls
Retaining walls are a common household and commercial structure that often requires an approved engineering design for tall wall heights or walls that support a structure above or behind the wall. Typical types of retaining walls I can design include:
